Registered Practical Nurses
Each of our registered practical nurses possess a diploma in practical nursing and have an outstanding nursing background and work history within their defined scope of practice as established by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). They engage in interprofessional collaborative practice maintaining ongoing interactions with other interprofessional team members including registered nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, counselors etc
They have various clinical experiences in hospital settings including medical/surgical units, cardiac, oncology, general surgery, trauma, rehabilitation, neurology, and orthopedics as well as long-term care facilities.
Personal Support workers
Each member of our professional assistive personnel has a diploma in a personal support worker program.
They have extensive training in areas of assisting individuals such as those living with mental impairments, physical and developmental issues, palliative clients, and seniors with activities of daily living in the clients’ homes and/or hospitals/community centers.
Our personal support workers work under the directives and supervision of licensed professionals in hospitals and long-term care facilities.
They are trained to be able to monitor the clients they care for and expected to report any changes to supervisors or licensed professionals for timely interventions.
Developmental service workers
Our professionals have obtained a diploma in the developmental service worker program.
They have extensive training in looking after clients with intellectual and developmental impairments.
Our professionals have developed interpersonal relationship skills to promote/enhance the physical, mental and emotional states of clients we serve.
Through reflective practice and enhanced clinical skills, our professionals are able to provide client-centered care with a view to helping these individuals adapt and function well in their homes as well as support their optimum inclusiveness in the community.
Our professionals are fully trained and certified in crisis prevention intervention (CPI) programs and as such possess the needed verbal and non-verbal skills to identify at-risk individuals and manage disruptive behaviors.
Live-in-care givers/ companionships
Each of our live-in-care givers has obtained a diploma in the personal support worker program.
They have the required training to help clients stay in their home with dignity and assist with such activities as meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, grooming, bathing, medication reminders and safety
Our professionals understand the importance of therapeutic relationships and are able to deliver care around the clock while in the client’s home in a therapeutic manner as well as continue to promote their independence as much as possible to uplift their overall wellbeing and improve their quality of life.

Medical transportation personnel (Medical transportation services)
Each member of our transportation staff has an outstanding driving history as well as an added advantage of personal support ability.
Transportation staff are trained professionals with the ability to take clients to medical appointments as well as provide companionships during the scheduled medical appointment visits.
They possess effective interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills that enable them to effectively manage the day to day encounters with our clients.
